We are a niche construction firm specializing in commercial build-outs and extensive remodels for both residential and commercial clients.

With our unique combination of skilled in-house craftsmen and well-qualified external partners, we assemble the right team for every project.  Our managers and supervisors have been recruited for their diligence and ability to think critically, so problems can be prevented and issues resolved quickly. Our staff tenure is indicative of their satisfaction of working in a challenging and supportive environment.

Steve Fenton, General Contractor

Steve Fenton came to general contracting from the financial services field, where he worked with business customers of every genre, and managed projects focused on improving customer service across the country for a major national bank.

He is a state-certified general contractor and an active member of a number of civic, professional and community organizations. (See Links/Resources)

He serves on the Martin County Business Development Board and the board of directors of the Palm City Chamber of Commerce.
